Serena Caldwell
Chief Financial Officer

Head of Factoring & Receivables
Damian leads the factoring division and is responsible for product development, client onboarding, and the management of factoring agreements across all industry sectors. With 15 years of specialised experience in invoice financing, he has structured hundreds of factoring facilities for manufacturers, distributors, and service companies throughout Europe. He is known for his ability to tailor solutions to unusual or complex receivables structures.
Livia Montanari
Director of Business Development
Livia is responsible for expanding GENERALFINANCE SPA's client network through strategic partnerships, direct outreach, and sector-focused marketing initiatives. She has a background in commercial banking and spent eight years advising SMEs on growth financing before transitioning to the alternative finance sector. Her deep understanding of business owners' perspectives makes her an exceptionally effective liaison between clients and our financing teams.
